About the private beta

Noodle Seed provides invited businesses with applications that customers can use through website chat, MCP and supported messaging channels.

Your data

Business owners can access their own applications, records and enabled conversation history. Provider credentials are stored encrypted and are not shown again after saving.

Messages and selected business data are processed by the configured model and channel providers to answer requests and carry out confirmed actions. Each application’s business notice explains its purpose and customer contact.

Proposed SMS privacy notice

Draft for owner review. The SMS beta is not yet available. The following proposed wording is awaiting approval; see the program invitation and draft SMS terms.

TheNoodleSeed Corporation does not sell or rent mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or messaging consent. We do not share that information with affiliates or other businesses for their marketing or advertising, or transfer your permission to another sender.

Hosting and messaging providers process phone numbers, message content, delivery information and messaging-preference signals to operate the program. Configured model providers process message content, relevant conversation history and selected application data to generate replies. These providers’ applicable privacy terms also govern their processing.

We keep messaging-preference records, including STOP/START status and timestamps, to respect your choices and prevent unwanted replies. Messaging providers and carriers also process related keywords and preference information. These operational uses do not make your consent available for another business’s messaging program.

Retention and deletion

Conversation and activity history use the configured retention period, initially 30 days. Business records follow the application’s own record policy. Recovery backups and retained file versions may keep data after deletion from the active service, and some have no automatic expiry during this beta. Deletion restrictions are reapplied before a recovered service reopens.

Records needed to resolve a pending action or an uncertain outcome are kept until that review is complete.

Service availability

This is an invite-only beta with planned maintenance and no uptime guarantee. Messages sent during maintenance may require resending. Service updates move forward; returning to an earlier release is not guaranteed.
